Dr Salomon's work on this project is entitled 'International Law as if Climate Change Mattered: Situating the human rights of future generations'.

Part I of her research explores the conceptual and normative scope of international human rights law to concerns pertaining to the wellbeing of future generations.

Part II then considers the nature and content of various substantive human rights and procedural remedies under conditions of transboundary, inter-temporal, and collective harms.
Dr Beyani's work on this project is mapping the evolution, debates and synergies of international human rights law and protection of the environment.
