The event – highly topical ahead of the Paris climate summit – formed part of the ESRC Festival of Social Science\, which gives people chance to engage with leading social scientists and debate the role research plays in everyday life. Featured on the panel were CCCEP’s Prof Andy Gouldson\; Dr Katy Roelich\, University Academic Fellow in Climate Change and Energy Policy at the University of Leeds\; Nick Godfrey\, Head of Policy and Urban Development for the New Climate Economy\; and Cllr Alex Sobel\, of Leeds City Council.
