Lord Stern of Brentford will be joined by OECD Chief Economist, Catherine Mann, to discuss how countries can gain competitive advantage from the transition to a low-carbon economy.

The event accompanies the launch of new OECD report ‘Environment and trade: do stricter environmental policies hurt export competitiveness?’ which examines how environmental regulations have affected international trade patterns over 15 years and provides insights on how stricter environmental laws would affect future trade.
