'Adaptation to Climate Change in Southern Africa' book one of University of Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership's (CPSL) 'Top 40 books of 2010'
24 May 2011
The book 'Adaptation to Climate Change in Southern Africa' has recently been featured as one of the University of Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership's (CPSL) 'Top 40 books of 2010'.
Andy Dougill and Lindsay Stringer, members of the Centre for Climate Change Economics and Policy (CCCEP), and affiliated PhD student, Jen Dyer, contributed a chapter to the book.
The list builds on their previous research, which was published by Greenleaf in 2009 as 'The Top 50 Sustainability Books'. The updated list appeared in CPSL's recent report 'A Journey of a Thousand Miles: the state of sustainability leadership, 2011', which highlights some of the most interesting practice and research in the sustainability field
CPSL is a department of the University of Cambridge, focused on working with business and government to build leaders' capacity to meet the needs of society and address critical global challenges. It runs a number of executive education programmes and also convenes groups of business leaders to engage in the public policy process, for example, through The Prince of Wales's Corporate Leaders Group on Climate Change.
