Phil is a visiting professor at the University of Leeds.

He has extensive experience of developing and managing large-scale environmental programmes in the local government sector with utility and installer partners to reduce carbon emissions, create jobs, improve health and access to services.

He is currently working as a Director of YES Energy Solutions on delivery of energy-saving measures across the UK with a focus on the public sector and housing associations across Hampshire / Thames Valley / Southern UK.
