Andy Gouldson
Director
Andy is an interdisciplinary environmental social scientist whose work combines aspects of geography and environment, politics and policy, economics and management and science and technology studies. He has nearly 20 years of experience working on a wide range of issues relating to environmental policy and management.

Background
From January 2006 to June 2009, Andy was Director of the Sustainability Research Institute at the University of Leeds.
Prior to joining the University of Leeds, Andy spent ten years at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Throughout his career, he has worked closely with government, regulatory agencies, businesses, pressure groups and local communities.
