Alex Bowen
Principal Research Fellow
Alex is based at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where he is also Principal Research Fellow of the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment|.
Background
Before joining LSE, Alex worked at the Bank of England, most recently as a Senior Policy Adviser.
Alex's research interests were stimulated by his year on sabbatical, spent contributing to 'The Economics of Climate Change: the Stern Review' as a senior economic adviser.
Alex graduated in economics from Clare College, Cambridge, and received a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he studied as a Kennedy Scholar.
