Jonathan's research uses applied microeconomic theory and econometrics to examine the impact of adverse events on household decision making, financial services and poverty alleviation in developing countries.

Background

Before starting his PhD in Environmental Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Jonathan graduated with a BA(Hons) in Economics and MSc Economics from the University of Exeter. During that time, he specialised in Development Economics and Public Economics.
