DESCRIPTION:On the 18 January 2018\, a group of legal experts from around the world launched the Principles on Climate Obligations of Enterprises. These principles are a follow-up to the 2015 Oslo Principles\, which chiefly aimed to discern the legal obligations of States to constrain climate change. The new set of Principles maps the legal obligations of enterprises and investors in the face of climate change.

In the context of the newly established Principles on Climate Obligations of Enterprises\, the Grantham Research Institute invites a panel of experts to discuss corporate responsibilities\, the long-term perspective that should be taken by institutional investors\, and the consequences such a perspective creates for investment decisions.
