The Grantham Institute for Climate Change Annual Lecture 2011, at Imperial College, will be from Martin Wolf CBE, Associate Editor and Chief Economics Commentator at the Financial Times, London, on Thursday 3 November. Martin Wolf will be asking if the tension between human aspirations and natural limits is manageable technologically, economically, socially and politically.
