Posted on 10 Jun 2011 in

Lord Nicholas Stern, Philipp Rode (Executive Director of LSE cities) and Dimitri Zenghelis have authored a chapter in this book, entitled ‘City Solutions to Global Problems’.

The book looks at the city as the subject of the 21st century. All over the world, populations are shifting towards urban centres. Living in the Endless City depicts an authoritative survey of cities of today and the prospects for urban future of tomorrow.

Thirty-six contributors from across Europe, South America, China, Africa and the US set the agenda for the city – detailing its successes as well as its failures.
