Dr Salomon’s work on this project is entitled ‘International Law as if Climate Change Mattered: Situating the human rights of future generations’.

  • Part I of her research explores the conceptual and normative scope of international human rights law to concerns pertaining to the wellbeing of future generations.
  • Part II then considers the nature and content of various substantive human rights and procedural remedies under conditions of transboundary, inter-temporal, and collective harms.

Dr Beyani’s work on this project is mapping the evolution, debates and synergies of international human rights law and protection of the environment.
