Cristobal Ruiz-Tagle
Cristobal is an LSE Fellow in Environmental Economics at the Department of Geography and Environment of the LSE.
Cristobal’s research provides policy insights for protecting the environment, human health and the economy. Cristobal has conducted a field-based randomized control trial (RCT) behavioural intervention for reducing air pollution from wood burning. In addition, he has conducted empirical analysis estimating the co-benefits of renewable energy investments on improved air quality and health outcomes and has examined the association of chronic air pollution exposure and COVID-19 mortality.
