Harriet Carter is Manager of the Centre for Climate Change and Economic Policy. Harriet joined the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at LSE in May 2020.

Harriet has held several positions in the School since joining in 2003, including administrative management roles in a research centre and, more recently, the Department of Law.
