Stephen is an Assistant Professor in Environmental Economics at the London School of Economics, in the Department of Geography and Environment.

Background

Stephen’s research is mainly in the fields of environmental economics and public policy. He holds a PhD in Energy & Resources from the University of California Berkeley, where he was also a Researcher at the Energy Institute at Haas. Prior to joining LSE, he has worked in government policymaking and as a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Mannheim.
