Produced as part of the Pathways to resilience in semi-arid economies (PRISE) project, this report contains a synthesis of the lessons learnt from two approaches to territorial governance of climate change in Senegal: one at Ferlo in the framework of the Territorial Approach to Climate Change (TACC) program, the other in Dakar on the Integrated Territorial Climate Plan (ITCP).
